Simple Water-Drinking Plan to Keep Us Hydrated
6:30: After a whole night sleep, our body starts lacking water. So, when we get up from our bed, drink 250cc of water to help detoxify our kidneys and liver.
8:30: From the time of getting up and to work every morning, we are always in a rush. Time is tight so as our mood. Do not rush for a cup coffee when you reach office, get yourself at least a 250cc water before the rest of the schedule starts.
11:00: After working in the air-conditioned room for a while, you must get your body moving. And with that, give yourself a third cup of water of the day to replenish the water lost, that helps to relax the intense work mood!
12:50: After half an hour of lunch, drink some water to strengthen the body’s digestive function.
15:00: Replace your afternoon tea or coffee with a glass of healthy plain pure water! This helps refreshing our mind.
17:30: Before leaving the office, drink another glass of water to increase your sense of fullness. Then, when you have dinner, you will not overeating.
22:00: Finally, drink another glass of water half an hour to one hour before going to bed! Don’t drink too much in one go, as it’ll affect your sleeping quality.
Try drinking as the suggested schedule and you’ll be able to fulfill the daily 2000cc of water intake. Making it a habit everyday and we are able to keep our body hydrated, mind refreshed and most importantly, glowing skin!
